Voices
incdai speaks English and Swahili with natural female and male voices. Voice availability is declared as a capability; the private speech implementation is not part of the public interface.

Choosing a voice
Applications may request a supported name, female, or male. A deployment may use its configured default when no voice is requested. See the public HTTP API and live voice protocol.
Provider selection, credentials, synthesis configuration and fallback behavior are private operational details available only to authorized operators.
