incdai is designed to answer questions and complete authorized work without turning private operational details into public information.

Customer data

• Organizations control the profiles and knowledge they provide.
• Visitor questions are retained only as needed for the configured service and improvement workflow.
• Lead details are stored only when a visitor chooses to submit them.
• Joining incdai Network does not copy private knowledge, conversations, credentials or customer profiles to other nodes.

Deployment boundaries

incdai Public is operated by INCPRITECH. An incdai Node keeps operational data within the environment selected by its authorized operator, subject to that deployment's agreement and controls.

Security controls

Access control, abuse prevention, credential protection, monitoring and production topology are maintained as private security information. Public documentation describes guarantees and interfaces without publishing controls that could help an attacker.
