Business profile
Your business profile defines the approved information incdai may use when helping customers. incdai Public profiles are managed from the dashboard; authorized node operators receive a private deployment workflow.
What you can manage
- Identity: business name, description, location and customer-facing introduction.
- Contact: approved phone, WhatsApp, email, address and opening hours.
- Offerings: products, services, prices and availability that customers may ask about.
- Answers: frequently asked questions, policies and other approved guidance.
- Sources: business material that you authorize incdai to use.
- Appearance: assistant name, greeting, colour, placement and voice availability.
- Access: the websites and applications authorized to use the assistant.
Writing information that gets good answers
- Be specific. Include exact prices, dates, locations and conditions where appropriate.
- Use your customers' words. Write questions and answers naturally in English or Swahili.
- Review unanswered questions. Add approved information when customers repeatedly ask about something missing.
- Keep facts current. Review prices, hours, policies and contact details whenever they change.
Private profile structure, processing rules and deployment configuration are supplied only to authorized operators.
